About Us

We believe that God’s good news should be accessible in heart languages and with cultural resonance for South Asian people. By creating a video resource and coaching our hosts, we’re equipping everyday people to share the news that is too good to keep to ourselves.

The Backstory

Joseph Jones immigrated to Australia with his wife (Leema), son (10yrs) and daughter (4yrs). That year was marked by homesickness, the iconic 2000 Sydney Olympics and the unrelenting migrant hustle. That year was also the start of something that would transform the Jones family.

Out and about one day, Leema called after her run-off daughter in Tamil. A stranger recognised her heart language. Alone in a foreign country, the family gladly accepted his invitation to discussions about God. Even though they were from a different religious background, this discussion group welcomed them like long lost family and genuinely loved them.

Joseph thought he knew God, but he had never truly known the good news of God. Every week, he wrestled with the scriptures and unpacked his questions over biryani. His friends loved him enough to patiently explain the good news to him. It was too good to be true, except that it was. The truth set him free and it was too good to keep to himself.

Over 15 years, Joseph shared the good news with others. He learned a lot in this process and handed it down to his daughter, Jeri Jones Sparks to develop it into what is now. It is their prayer that this resource contributes to more people hearing the good news with cultural resonance and in their heart language.
